3. Click on the ‘champions’ tab.

Step 2: Open the Champion Invitation Modal

Once you’re in the ‘champions’ tab, locate and click the ‘invite champions’ button situated at the top right corner of the screen. This action will open the ‘champion invitation modal’, where you can input the email addresses of those you wish to invite.

Step 3: Enter Email Addresses

In the champion invitation modal, you’ll find a field to input email addresses. You can invite multiple people at once by separating each email address with a comma. Make sure to double-check the email addresses for accuracy to ensure that the invitations reach the intended recipients.

Step 4: Send Invites

After you’ve entered all the email addresses, click the ‘Send Invites’ button. This action will initiate the sending of ‘champion invitation emails’ to each of the provided email addresses.

Step 5: Accepting the Invitation

Upon receiving the invitation email, champions will find a ‘unique invite link’ that they can click to join your organization. Here’s what will happen next:

If the invitee is already a user on our platform, they will be prompted to ‘login’ in order to accept the invitation.

If the invitee is new to our platform, they will be prompted to ‘create an account’ before they can accept the invitation to become a champion.
